Privacy notice
What we store
- Account: your name, email address, the role you are looking for, when you accepted these terms and when you last signed in.
- Your CVs: the files you upload, and the facts read from them (employers, titles, dates, achievements, skills, contact line).
- Your job activity: which jobs you applied to, the stage, jobs you archived, the CV suggestions you made, the scores your profile got, and which alerts were sent.
- Usage: how much AI use cost per day and month (to enforce limits). We do not keep tracking cookies; the only cookie is your sign-in session.
Public job postings are shared by everyone; they are not personal data.
Where it is kept
On the server that runs this service (hosting provider chosen by the admin), and in encrypted nightly backups of that server. Backups are kept for about two months.
Who processes it
- Anthropic (Claude API): your CV text and job texts are sent to it to read your CV, score jobs and suggest CV edits. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through the API by default.
- The hosting provider that runs the server and the backup storage.
- The email provider used to send sign-in links and job alerts, if email is switched on.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long
Until you delete your account. After you delete it, your account, profile folder, uploaded CVs, job activity and sign-in sessions are removed at once; usage records stay without your name. Backups that still contain your data expire within about two months.
Your rights
You can download your data (a zip with your profile and job activity) and delete your account on the Settings page. You can ask the admin to correct or remove anything else. This service follows Israel's privacy law, including Amendment 13 (in force since August 2025): we keep the data minimal and use it only to run the service.
Changes
If this notice changes, the version above changes and you are asked to accept it again before you continue.
